The University of Rochester, Division of Prehospital Medicine is committed to becoming a nationally recognized center of excellence for prehospital research, operations, education, and clinical care.  We will do this by:

• Conducting innovative prehospital clinical and translational research with a nationally recognized impact;
• Developing novel prehospital operational systems that foster safe, quality patient care and facilitate research;
• Creating and providing innovative educational programs related to prehospital medicine for physicians, nurses, and prehospital professionals.
• Working with community healthcare and political leaders to leverage the prehospital care system to improve the health of Upstate New York.
